From the new Kinoe series of cooking utensils by the Tsubame based Gyokkodō company, this is a superior cooking ladle.

With a quality stainless steel handle and head, the area to be gripped is reinforced with rosewood.

Each aspect has been thought of carefully, including the upper hook.  

It was made with craft person dedication at Gyokkodō’s factory in Tsubame.

This is the oval shaped variant within the series, without holes in the main ladle section.

It is 26cm long, and 6.5 cm wide.  It weights 120g, and has a capacity of 50ml.
